The entrance is guarded by a wooden arch, and once you enter you will be surprised by the minimalist, yet warm room, where white polished wood dominates without being too intimidating.
The well-trained staff are warm, friendly and very helpful with great menu presentation through to the serving of the meal; guests are welcomed with a sample of chef’s special sushi plate, which may include a few bizarre yet tempting dishes such as a tuna burger or a sushi pizza.
The Etsu also offers Green Tea, Japanese Beer and natural juices as the perfect accompaniment to the spicy or sweet dishes.
