CMP ENTERTAINMENT, are proud to announce this years Masters Cup as the latest event at The Liverpool Summer Pops Festival.
It will be the first time the festival includes live football along with its array of musical talent and will be shown live on Sky Sports. Teams from Liverpool, Everton, Tranmere, Wigan, Preston and Blackpool will battle for this years title and the chance to qualify for Septembers Grand Final.

Tranmere return once again as Mersey champions and are eager to continue the impressive form that saw them crowned 2009 Masters Champions. However, with the new six team format, they face stiff competition from a resurgent Liverpool side, strong Everton and Wigan teams, and the inclusion of Preston and Blackpool, both playing in their first ever Masters Cup.
The Masters Series has become a worldwide success with this years Liverpool team for the Canada Masters including Bruce Grobelaar, Robbie Fowler & Steve McManaman.
