The Reach is a newly built fully furnished luxury apartment. It offers two twin bedrooms. Open plan lounge including fully fitted kitchen, dining area and balcony with city centre view.

Secure parking is available at no extra charge.

We provide everything you require for a comfortable stay including a light breakfast all included in the price.

It is just a short ten minute walk to the city centre shopping district and also to the lively nightlife that Liverpool has to offer.

Rental periods range from one night to one week and are suitable for the corporate or leisure traveller.

We are a private apartment and you will be met on arrival by one of our staff who will take cash payment.

We apologise but we cannot accept card payments at this time.

The new Liverpool One complex is less than a 5 minute stroll away. An ideal location from which to explore Liverpool’s city centre and the surrounding region.

The one bedroom apartment from StayinLiverpool is fully furnished and well proportioned with a separate living room, bathroom, kitchen and private balcony; making it ideal for a couple or business guests.

Free secure underground car parking for one car is included in the price.

The apartment is newly refurbished throughout.

Some of Liverpool’s leading restaurants are within walking distance. Sapporo Teppanyaki (Japanese), Il Forno (Italian), Savina (Mexican) and Mayur (Indian) are all set within the East Village complex. 60 Hope Street, the London Carriageworks and The Munro are all within easy walking distance.

The building is full of character and charm with stunning original wrought ironwork and ornate plaster ceilings on the ground floor.

The Albany apartment’s central Liverpool location allows guests to benefit from easy access to Liverpool’s famous waterfront and the many museums, restaurants and cafes within the Albert Docks; just a two minute walk away.

Apartments are stylish and modern with a contemporary yet cosy decor. A spacious lounge, tranquil bedrooms and state-of-the-art kitchen all ensure your stay is comfortable and relaxing. Every modern convenience is provided such as leather sofas, LCD TV, SMEG fridge, internet access (in certain apartments). There is even a unique ‘self-stacking’ car park to make use of! Charged at £10.00 per day.

Please book in advance.When booking is made the customer is required to pay a non-refundable deposit by credit/debit card for half of the booking value.Please note there will be a 2% charge made on all cards.The balance is payable on arrival plus a security deposit of £150.00 which is returned on departure if no loss or damage.
